Factor Analysis, or, in short, ERFA. The
ERFA has been re-standardized to a fully
automated format, where the employee or job
applicant can be seated in the comfort of
your office to complete the
pre-employment
testing without requirement of your
supervision or direction. When
pre-employment
testing is completed the narrative report of
findings will be immediately available on
your unique administrative site. The ERFA is
validated on statistical profiles associated
with twelve work-related domains.
The narrative report illustrates testing
profiles by similarity to workers with
either satisfactory to exceptional
occupational backgrounds, or by workers with
progressively problematic work histories.

the personnel characteristics for your
